Greek Salad
My Greek Salad is quick, easy, and perfect as the main course or as a side.
Ingredients:
- 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
- Feta Cheese, Crumbles
- 1 Cucumber
- Olives
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Greek Vinaigrette
Directions:
Chop romaine lettuce and slice cucumbers. Plate a mound of lettuce and top lettuce with cucumbers, olives, feta, tomatoes, and dressing.
Tip - Add grilled chicken, steak, or lamb for protein.
